ANote Music raises €2 million to expand catalogue supply and European reach
Seventure Partners leads the financing alongside ScaleFund III as ANote reports more than €28 million in cumulative marketplace transactions.
Financing the next stage of the marketplace
ANote Music announced a €2 million financing on September 29, led by Seventure Partners alongside ScaleFund, investing through its third fund. Existing investors and shareholders also participated; they were not individually named. Breakline Partners advised ANote on the transaction.
More catalogue listings and a larger user base
ANote will work with rights holders to bring additional royalty-producing catalogues to its marketplace and expand marketing across Europe. Product investment will continue in the platform and mobile applications.
At the announcement, the company reported more than 100,000 songs across 36 listed catalogues, 52,000 user accounts and over €28 million in cumulative transaction value. That trading figure measures activity on the marketplace, separately from the new company financing. ANote launched the service in 2020, connecting rights holders seeking liquidity with buyers of future royalty interests.
