Primary financing and shareholder liquidity
Angle Health announced a $600 million equity transaction on September 18, 2026, comprising a $200 million Series C and a $400 million tender offer. The transaction valued the company at $2.7 billion. Vitruvian Partners led, with Town Hall Ventures joining existing investors Blumberg Capital, Portage Ventures, PruVen Capital and Y Combinator. The Series C supplies new company capital; the tender provides shareholder liquidity.
Growth and expansion priorities
At the announcement, Angle reported 120% year-over-year growth and four consecutive quarters of EBITDA and GAAP net-income profitability. Its plans served more than 5,000 employers across 47 states. The company intends to invest in its technology platform and local, condition-specific care navigation, including programmes for medications, infusions, outpatient surgery and radiology. It expected the transaction to close later that month.
