ANELLO Photonics raises $25m Series B-2 to scale navigation production
MESH leads the financing, with Washington Harbour Partners joining existing backers as ANELLO expands production and customer deployments.
A new financing for manufacturing scale
ANELLO Photonics secured an additional $25 million in an oversubscribed Series B-2 announced on May 4, 2026. MESH led the round, joined by new investor Washington Harbour Partners and existing investors Lockheed Martin Ventures, Catapult Ventures, New Legacy Ventures, One Madison Group, IronGate Capital and Mana Ventures.
Broadening customer deployment
The company plans to use the capital to scale production, develop additional products and expand deployments of navigation systems for autonomous platforms across land, air and sea. CEO Mario Paniccia linked the financing to serving more customers as demand grows for positioning that can operate without dependable GPS.
An electronics-focused lead investor
MESH brings an electronics investment focus and a network spanning foundries, integrated-circuit designers and component manufacturers. That industrial network accompanies ANELLO’s effort to take its compact silicon-photonics navigation technology into wider production.
