Ando raises $4m seed round led by Slow Ventures
The funding supports enterprise deployments and development of the hourly-work forecasting and scheduling platform.
Seed capital for enterprise expansion
Ando announced a $4 million seed financing on February 12, 2026, led by Slow Ventures. Blitzscaling Ventures, Zero Capital, Monochrome, Gaingels, Mana Ventures and Fireroad also participated, alongside additional investors. The company plans to expand its forecasting and scheduling platform and scale deployments with enterprise customers.
Building on a year of customer use
Ando said it had been serving enterprise customers for more than a year before the announcement. Its development roadmap included moving from daily forecasts toward planning at 15-minute intervals. The financing supports that finer-grained approach and broader deployment, linking product development with the next phase of customer expansion.
