Andercore raises $40m Series B combining equity and debt
The industrial trading company adds Inven Capital alongside existing backers and institutional financing as it expands across Europe.
Equity and debt in the same financing
Andercore announced a $40 million Series B financing on February 11, 2026. Transaction counsel YPOG confirmed that the financing combines equity and debt. Atomico and Project A participated alongside Inven Capital, with institutional financing involving Commerzbank and KfW. The allocation between the instruments was not disclosed.
Scaling an established trading operation
The financing supports further European growth after Andercore had reached thousands of monthly transactions across seven European markets. At the announcement, the company employed around 80 people across Europe and Asia and had raised approximately $75 million since founding. The investment provides capital for expanding the industrial trading operation and the technology supporting it.
