Amplifica closes $26m Series B led by Tasso Partners

The preferred-stock financing brings in Eli Lilly and other backers to advance the company’s injectable hair-growth pipeline.

An oversubscribed preferred-stock financing

Amplifica announced the closing of a $26 million Series B on August 12, 2026. Tasso Partners led the preferred-stock financing, with Eli Lilly and Company, principals of Scopia Capital Management and other new and existing investors participating.

Advancing several candidates in parallel

The company plans to use the proceeds for clinical development across its injectable pipeline. Amplifica said it would advance candidates with different mechanisms for activating hair-follicle regeneration in parallel. The financing supports evaluation of those development paths as the company moves its programs toward subsequent clinical milestones.
