Ampa secures financing to expand portable TMS deployment
The company reports an oversubscribed financing, more than $25m raised cumulatively and plans to expand beyond its US clinical footprint.
Financing for the next deployment phase
Ampa announced an oversubscribed financing on May 14, 2026, backed by a syndicate including Morningside Ventures, Trimera Capital, Neta Foundation, Jake Collective and Tim Ferriss. The company did not disclose the size of this round. It said the financing brought its cumulative funding above $25 million.
US adoption and an overseas opening
Ampa said clinics in more than 30 US states were already using its Ampa One system. The new financing supports a faster rollout, while newly secured regulatory approval in Israel opens a route to overseas commercialization. Jake Collective described the transaction as its first impact investment. These deployment and market-entry plans are the immediate context for the capital raise.
