amber’s Series A supports expansion into Benelux and development of its business AI platform.
A returning investor backs European expansion
amber announced a €7m Series A co-led by Ventech and NRW.Venture, the venture fund of NRW.BANK. Ventech increased its investment roughly 18 months after its initial backing, according to the investor’s August 17, 2026 announcement.
The company plans to expand across Europe, starting with Benelux, and invest in its team, AI Data Layer and business-system integrations. The announcement describes a move from user-initiated workflows toward more proactive automation as a development direction for the next stage.
