Alteon raises $2.5m pre-seed led by Lachy Groom
Alteon’s pre-seed round backs further aircraft development following autonomous prototype flight trials.
Financing alongside prototype progress
Alteon raised $2.5m in pre-seed funding led by Lachy Groom, with Together participating. Founder Samay Sanghvi identified Together’s Shubham Gupta in the company’s announcement.
The fundraising announcement came with a development update: Sanghvi reported more than 200 flights in the preceding 30 days and production of roughly four to five aircraft a week. These were prototype iteration milestones. He described autonomous flight testing as an early step toward the company’s longer-endurance goal, which remained in development.
