Allogenetics raises €3.8m Pre-Series A for ALG115 development
NBank Capital leads financing to prepare Allogenetics’ lung-transplant gene therapy for a planned first human study.
Preparing for a first human study
Allogenetics announced €3.8 million in Pre-Series A financing on September 9, 2026. NBank Capital led the round, joined by CARMA FUND, Life Science Valley Wachstumsfonds and private investors.
The financing supports IND-enabling work on ALG115, the company’s ex vivo gene-therapy program for donor lungs. Allogenetics said it planned to begin a first-in-human study at the end of 2027 or in early 2028. That timetable is a development target, rather than an announcement that human testing has begun.
