Allen Control Systems raises $200m Series B to scale Bullfrog production
Smash Capital leads the round at a $2.2bn post-money valuation as ACS expands manufacturing and military deployments.
Financing an expansion in manufacturing
The financing brings continuing support from Craft Ventures, Rally Ventures and Inspired Capital alongside new lead investor Smash Capital. ACS will use the capital to increase manufacturing, accelerate Bullfrog deployments and develop additional product lines.
At the announcement, the company reported contracts through Joint Interagency Task Force 401 and allied customers, with systems already deployed by the U.S. Army and Navy. The funding follows an expansion of its Austin manufacturing footprint, linking the raise to production capacity and existing demand rather than a product launch.
