Alice raises €1m pre-seed to expand its legal workspace
NewSchool.vc and Seeder Fund lead the financing with angel investors as Alice develops its dispute workflow and plans wider adoption.
Funding legal content and product expansion
The €1 million pre-seed was reported on January 8, 2026. In their announcement, Alice and NewSchool.vc identified the two fund leads and a group of angel investors, connecting the backing to the next stage of product development.
The company planned to expand its legal libraries and verifiability, develop the core dispute workflow, grow the team and increase adoption in Belgium and other markets. Those priorities extend its existing casework workspace through more legal content and operating capacity.
