Algorithmiq raises €18m Series B and establishes Milan headquarters
The financing brings reported total funding to €36m as Algorithmiq expands commercial operations from Italy while retaining significant operations in Finland.
Financing accompanies a headquarters move
Algorithmiq announced the financing and Milan headquarters on May 11, 2026. United Ventures and CDP led the round, with continued backing from Inventure. The €18 million is new financing within a reported €36 million total raised.
The relocation provides a base for expanding commercial operations and recruiting scientific talent in Europe. It follows commercial agreements signed in 2025 with Microsoft, IBM and Rigetti. Algorithmiq said it would maintain significant operations in Finland, connecting the new headquarters with its existing research base. The event brings capital and an operating-location change to the company’s commercialisation plans.
