Akave launches cloud storage platform and discloses $6.65m in backing
The March announcement introduces Akave Cloud for AI workloads and names investors including Protocol Labs and No Limit Holdings.
Financing and next steps
The release’s headline gives $6.65m, while its body describes more than $6m raised since the company’s founding. It does not identify a named financing stage or separately allocate a new round.
The launch pairs S3 compatibility with flat-rate pricing and no egress fees. Akave named Intuizi, LaserSETI and 375ai as early users, spanning advertising data, astronomical observations and AI model training.
