Aitan closes $41m financing co-led by Deep33 and Dell Technologies Capital

The September 2 stealth exit brings total capital to $54m and supports product development, international expansion and hiring.

Financing and next steps

Gokul Rajaram, Benjamin Ling and Kevin Weil participated personally in the financing. The company is expanding robotic defense systems for allied militaries and national security organizations.

At announcement, Aitan reported more than 500,000 combat hours across deployed systems and said it had secured a joint contract for command-and-control software for the IDF’s next-generation attack-drone fleet. The funding supports further development and expansion from that operating base.
