Airwallex raises $320m Series H at an $11bn valuation
Addition leads the round as Airwallex introduces T:0 and Airi, following its $8bn valuation in December 2025.
Financing context
The June 25 financing accompanies two product announcements. T:0, designed to automate finance work including bookkeeping and reporting, was in private beta. Airi’s initial one-click checkout would precede planned delegated agent payments and permission controls.
Airwallex reported March annualized revenue of $1.3bn and annualized transaction volume of $287bn. These are run rates, rather than revenue and volume realized over a completed year. The company’s valuation increased from $8bn in December 2025 to $11bn in this round.
