AIRMO raises €5m seed for satellite mission and airborne monitoring expansion
Ananda Impact Ventures led AIRMO’s €5 million seed, backing a first satellite mission planned for 2027 and wider airborne services.
Financing and company context
The syndicate includes Unconventional Ventures, kopa ventures, Desai Ventures and Hypernova/New Venture Securities. Matthias Fackler and Francesco Starace participate individually; the issuer describes them as EQT partners, rather than naming EQT as the investor.
Returning backers include Antler, Findus Ventures, E2MC and Pi Labs. AIRMO plans to integrate its payload into an EnduroSat satellite, expand monitoring campaigns and establish a MENA presence. The financing supports those deployments rather than confirming an operating satellite constellation.
