Financing and company context

The signed and closed transaction follows Blackstone’s original July 2024 investment. Founder and CEO Brad Hobbs and his family also invest alongside Blackstone.

The announcement concerns a change in ownership, rather than a disclosed amount of new operating capital. AIR reported more than 38 operating companies and 1,900 associates, with further expansion and data-center opportunities among its priorities.
