Aidoc raises $150m Series E led by Goldman Sachs Alternatives growth equity
Aidoc’s $150 million Series E supports its CARE foundation model and global deployment of the aiOS clinical AI platform.
Financing and company context
Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives led the April round, joined by General Catalyst, SoftBank Investment Advisors and NVentures. Aidoc said cumulative funding exceeded $500 million following an earlier growth financing.
The raise follows CARE’s first FDA clearance earlier in the year. Aidoc reported deployment at nearly 2,000 hospitals. It plans to extend clinical indications and develop imaging draft reports; these future capabilities are separate from the clearance already received.
