AI Hospitality Group launches with $7.5m seed led by Rackhouse

Rackhouse led AI Hospitality Group’s $7.5 million seed, joined by Sierra Ventures, Dynamo Ventures and strategic hospitality investors.

Financing and company context

Founder Sloan Dean announced the company after eight years leading Remington Hospitality. Rackhouse founder Kevin Novak joins as a board observer.

The capital funds platform expansion and onboarding of the first managed hotels. At launch, design partnerships with The Ameswell Hotel and Parable Hospitality were testing three agents against hiring, proposal-response and forecasting measures. Those pilots provide the operating context; projected margin improvements remain a company target.
