Agentrys announces $19.1m seed following $5.4m pre-seed
Etna Labs led Agentrys’s $19.1 million seed; an earlier $5.4 million pre-seed led by MediaTek brings total funding to $24.5 million.
Financing and company context
The August announcement discloses two financings rather than one $24.5 million seed. MediaTek was the first strategic backer; Etna Labs led the subsequent oversubscribed round.
Founder Mark Ren previously led AI-for-chip-design work at NVIDIA. Agentrys plans to recruit, develop agent-native tools and broaden customer engagements in verification and physical design. It reported engagement with major fabless companies, a foundry and chip startups, without naming those customers.
