Financing and next steps

FoodSeed’s announcement identifies completion of device validation and certification as funded work, alongside a micro-factory and stronger commercial operations in Kenya, Nigeria and Italy.

The company also plans to improve its AI platform and mycotoxin-detection accuracy. Its current product is described as screening and triage; laboratory analysis remains the reference measurement for samples that require it.
