The announcement said completion remained subject to regulatory approvals. Brian Lobdell, Stephan Dietrich and Hari Badale were named to join the board as part of the transaction.

Lead Edge’s executive network is intended to help the consultancy scale client work. A later August announcement separately names Databricks Ventures and Tercera; those are not additional investors announced in this June transaction.
