Advance Composite secures Series B investment from Toa Electric
The strategic investment connects Advance Composite’s materials technology with Toa Electric’s industrial expertise and customer network.
Developing applications with an industrial partner
Advance Composite announced Series B investment from Toa Electric on September 30. The companies did not disclose an investment amount.
The partnership will combine Advance Composite’s material-design and manufacturing work with Toa Electric’s knowledge of electronics and industrial markets. The companies plan to develop new applications, introduce the materials to customers and accelerate business development in Japan and internationally. Toa Electric joins an existing shareholder base spanning materials, semiconductor equipment, air conditioning and other industrial businesses.
