Adronite raises $5m Series A and appoints Gatemore’s Liad Meidar as chair
The financing will support product development and commercial expansion as Adronite prepares enterprise deployments.
Capital and a board appointment for commercialization
Adronite completed a $5 million Series A led by Gatemore Capital Management. Gatemore managing partner Liad Meidar became chair of the company’s board, effective immediately.
The February 19 announcement said the proceeds would support product development and commercial expansion in complex and regulated enterprise environments. Gatemore reported purchase orders already secured, with initial commercial deployments expected in the first quarter of 2026. That distinction places the raise at a transition from early customer commitments to planned deployments, rather than treating the orders as a fully deployed customer base.
