Adonis raises $40m Series C to expand healthcare revenue operations
Quadrille Capital led the round after Adonis reported more than fourfold revenue growth in 2025, with total funding now above $95m.
Growth capital for health-system expansion
Adonis raised a $40 million Series C led by Quadrille Capital, with General Catalyst and Bling Capital continuing their support. The March 25 announcement brought the company’s cumulative funding above $95 million.
The financing followed more than fourfold revenue growth in 2025 and reported net retention above 130%. Adonis will develop its Intelligence, AI Agents and Orchestration products, expand its presence among health systems and grow its New York team. The company framed that work around providers’ rising claims-denial workload and reimbursement complexity.
