ADiXi raises equity and debt to expand enterprise AI delivery
Mitsubishi UFJ Capital led the equity investment, with existing project partner Sekisui House joining as ADiXi strengthened hiring and agent technology.
An existing customer relationship becomes an investment
ADiXi completed a new equity issuance alongside borrowing from financial institutions. Mitsubishi UFJ Capital led the equity investment; JAFCO, Sekisui House and its Innovation & Communication business, and Kiraboshi Capital also participated. The September 3 announcement put cumulative financing above ¥1.4 billion, without disclosing this round’s allocation.
The investment deepens an existing relationship with Sekisui House, where ADiXi had already worked on AI projects. The company will recruit engineers, consultants and corporate staff and invest in AI-agent products. It also plans to turn implementation experience into reusable industry solutions and help customers develop internal delivery teams.
