Adaptive6 raises $28m Series A as it emerges from stealth
USVP led the financing, which took Adaptive6’s cumulative funding to $44m as enterprise customers adopted its engineering-focused cloud cost controls.
An enterprise launch backed by a new round
Adaptive6 announced a $28 million Series A led by U.S. Venture Partners, with New Era Capital Partners, Forgepoint Capital, Pitango VC and Vertex Ventures participating. The January 28 announcement put total funding at $44 million; that larger figure includes earlier capital.
The financing accompanied its emergence from stealth. Adaptive6 reported use by dozens of Fortune 500 and Global 2000 enterprises, naming Bayer and Ticketmaster. Its commercial pitch brings cost remediation into engineering workflows: linking an inefficient cloud configuration to the responsible code and a proposed fix, rather than stopping at a spending report.
