Adaptavate secures £4m first close for commercial wallboard deployment
Mixed innovation funding and equity support licensing and international manufacturing partnerships.
A first close alongside commercial milestones
Adaptavate’s £4m first close combines equity with support from the European Innovation Council and Innovate UK’s Investor Partnerships Programme. Shareholders include Low Carbon Innovation Fund 3.
The package supports commercial licensing and international manufacturing partnerships after product validation and pilot production. The company reports a licence option agreement secured since the first close, alongside pilot deployments with Legal & General and Oxygen Asset Management. A second close, targeting £1.3m, remains open until the end of 2026; that target is separate from the completed package.
