Aalyria raises $100m Series B at a $1.3bn valuation
Battery Ventures and J2 Ventures lead financing to expand deployment of Aalyria’s network orchestration and laser communications technology.

Battery Ventures and J2 Ventures led Aalyria’s $100m Series B, with DYNE and other investors participating. The February 2026 financing valued the company at $1.3bn.
Aalyria plans to expand commercial and government deployments. The announcement points to its work with Telesat’s Lightspeed satellite network as an example of the infrastructure it supports. Battery Ventures partner Michael Brown will join Aalyria’s board.
