A5X raises R$360m Series D ahead of planned 2027 exchange launch
Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs and Kaszek lead the financing at a R$2.7bn post-money valuation.
Funding the launch and first operating years
Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs and Kaszek led A5X’s R$360m Series D. Existing investors IMC, Jump Trading, Optiver, XTX and ABN AMRO Clearing invested again, bringing capital raised across four rounds to more than R$730m.
A5X said the financing covers regulatory and operating requirements through launch and its first years. In parallel, XP Inc. exercised an option to acquire a stake; the company describes that transaction separately from the Series D.
