Veridue

United Kingdom · Climate tech · AI · Enterprise software

An AI-native diligence and transaction platform for renewable-energy and data-center projects, helping investors and lenders screen deals and assess asset readiness.

From deal pipeline to verifiable diligence

Veridue organizes the lifecycle of an energy-infrastructure transaction, from pipeline and screening through due diligence, Q&A and investment-committee materials. The platform compares projects against investment criteria, reviews data-room documents for risks and maturity, and links its findings back to source documents so teams can verify them. It is an early-stage product for investors, lenders, developers, independent power producers and advisors evaluating renewable-energy and data-center assets.

Buyers and lenders can prioritize projects and identify issues before spending weeks on manual review; developers and sellers can prepare evidence for financing or sale. Veridue combines a deal pipeline, screening, a self-organizing data room and diligence outputs in one workflow, with traceable findings intended to support—not replace—investment decisions.
