Vantora Labs forms ventures around validated problems, while ASCENT supplies shared operating functions to help scale them. The model has produced launched ventures with partners including Porsche, Alaska Airlines and J.B. Hunt, making Vantora both a venture builder and provider of enterprise AI capabilities.
