Tempo Therapeutics
United States · Biotech
A regenerative-medicine company developing injectable microporous scaffolds that help the body rebuild tissue at damaged sites.
A material scaffold for tissue repair
Tempo's MAP technology uses microporous annealed particles to form synthetic scaffolds that can be delivered into a wound or tissue defect. The scaffold's physical microenvironment is designed to encourage local immune activity associated with regeneration rather than scar formation.
A platform in development
Its lead product, TT101, is a cell-free material intended for regenerative biosurgery. The MAP platform can also be combined with controlled-release approaches, including small molecules or stem cells. Tempo is developing the technology for tissue repair and regenerative medicine; its product candidates are investigational.
