Manufacturing intelligence software that uses cameras and sensors to guide workstations and catch assembly errors as they happen.

Inspection at the point of assembly

Rapta equips manual and robotic manufacturing stations with cameras and sensors, then compares each work-in-progress build with a known-good process. Its computer-vision system can check items such as foreign objects, torque, serial numbers, kit contents, wiring, coatings and solder joints, flagging an error while the unit is still at the station.

As operators work, the platform captures parts, process steps, tools, people and quality evidence in a traceable production record. That makes inspection and process documentation part of production instead of a separate effort to reconstruct evidence later. The product is being deployed in high-precision environments including defense and aerospace; Rapta reports customer-measured inspection-time and defect-prevention outcomes on its site.
