Raindrop monitors traces and behavioral signals from AI-agent runs, where a workflow can involve many model and tool calls yet still appear technically successful despite failing the user. It learns patterns in metrics such as tool errors and latency, detects meaningful changes and groups related failures into issues for investigation.
Close the loop from issue to fix
An investigator agent reads the underlying traces to show what broke, who was affected and where the issue concentrates. Developers can use the evidence to diagnose the cause, fix the agent and turn the failure into an evaluation that guards against regressions.
