Single-cell tumour profiling for oncology teams and pharma and biotech partners, turning routine biopsy samples into clinical insights for treatment selection and drug development.

A fuller picture from routine tumour samples

OneMap combines proprietary preparation protocols for formalin-fixed or frozen samples, single-nucleus RNA sequencing and AI analysis. It profiles tumour, stromal and immune cells to reveal tumour-cell states, target expression and immune function that bulk sequencing can obscure; the company says its clinical-grade reports are delivered in under two weeks.

For clinical decisions and drug development

Oncology teams can use the reports for patient-level treatment selection, while pharmaceutical and biotechnology partners use the same single-cell view to identify predictive biomarkers, stratify trial participants, assess response and prioritize targets. One Biosciences describes its platform as clinically validated across multiple tumour types; its first diagnostic for triple-negative breast cancer was still in development with Institut Curie in the September 2026 funding announcement.
