Novadip Biosciences
Belgium · Biotech
A clinical-stage biotechnology company developing regenerative cell therapies and grafts to repair bone and other damaged tissues, including a pivotal-stage treatment for a rare pediatric bone disorder.
An autologous graft designed to regenerate bone
Novadip develops cell-based regenerative therapies using adipose-derived stem cells and a supporting extracellular matrix. Its lead candidate, NVD-003, is a moldable graft intended to help large bone defects heal by delivering active cells and regenerative signals directly at the injury site.
A rare pediatric indication in pivotal testing
NVD-003 is being studied for congenital pseudarthrosis of the tibia, a rare condition in which a child’s shin bone fails to heal after fracture. Novadip says its pivotal Phase 3 trial is recruiting; the company is also developing NVD-X3 for other bone-reconstruction settings.
