LITILIT makes femtosecond lasers for precision manufacturing, medical equipment and scientific imaging.
Product
Its lasers deliver extremely short light pulses for processing materials with limited heat spreading into the surrounding area. Industrial uses include marking, engraving and manufacturing displays or medical devices; other products serve ophthalmology and multiphoton microscopy.
The Vilnius company builds on a patented pulse generator and is developing FEMODA, a modular high-power system. Replaceable modules are intended to make maintenance and integration into production lines simpler as the technology moves toward larger industrial applications.
