Klang captures meetings and calls through Google Meet, Teams, Zoom, its mobile app or uploaded recordings. It transcribes more than 40 languages, identifies speakers and produces editable summaries, decisions and action items linked to recording timestamps.
Teams can search across conversations, ask questions and analyze recurring tasks or customer objections. The platform serves organizations including public-sector, legal and research teams.
Klang says it processes conversation data in Europe and does not use it to train AI models.
