The platform supports onboarding, KYC and customer due diligence, document and case management, reporting and APIs. Evidence, decisions and audit records remain retrievable, and KYC records can be refreshed over time.
Commercial rollout is underway in South Africa, with a platform designed to adapt to other regulatory frameworks.
