France · Robotics · Industrial tech
Inbolt makes vision-guidance software that lets industrial robots locate parts from their CAD models and adjust their movements to real factory conditions.
From digital twin to live robot motion
Inbolt’s platform connects a robot’s programmed path to the parts it sees on the factory floor. A robot-mounted 3D camera captures the work area; an AI vision model trained from a part’s CAD file estimates its position and orientation, then Inbolt Robot Control streams corrected motion to the robot controller. This lets a robot handle parts that are misplaced, variable or moving without relying on a custom fixture to hold every item in exactly the same position.
Software for existing industrial automation
The platform is designed for manufacturers and system integrators deploying picking, fastening, dispensing and other robotic tasks. Its three elements—Robot Programming, the Vision Model and Robot Control—cover path planning from CAD, part localization and real-time execution. The company says its system works on stationary and moving lines, runs on-premise and connects natively with major robot brands. Inbolt reports production use across more than 100 factories; the September financing is intended to extend its reach into data centers, electronics manufacturing and new regions.
