Assist suits for care work
Human Physical Intelligence develops wearable assist suits that help care workers learn less physically demanding postures. The Kitakyushu company combines physical hardware, control AI and support for workplace training, drawing on joint research with Kyushu Institute of Technology.
Learning through movement
The suits are intended for on-the-job training in tasks where verbal instructions alone can be difficult to apply. The company says its control system learns from user data, while its work with care facilities informs the equipment and operational support offered alongside it.
