HiringCafe indexes job openings directly from company career pages. Its Talent Agent reads a user's resume and preferences, searches the index continuously and flags new relevant positions, with filtering intended to reduce inactive listings.
The San Francisco company launched the agent out of beta for US users in September 2026. At that point it reported more than five million indexed roles and two million monthly users, with the job-search product available free to applicants.
