CAPER’s OpenSeek is designed to learn a company’s hiring requirements and evaluation criteria, research public information and identify potential candidates. It supports outreach and continued relationship-building as part of the recruiting process.

The product connects tasks that recruiting teams often manage separately, from defining a requirement to finding people and maintaining contact. Its aim is to help employers act on a deeper understanding of candidates and the timing of an approach.

Building around a specific role

Founded in December 2022 and based in Shibuya, Tokyo, CAPER focuses its AI development on recruiting. It is building OpenSeek as a specialized product for employers facing hiring competition and limits on recruiting-team capacity.
