AON3D helps manufacturers produce prototypes, tooling and end-use components from high-performance polymers such as PEEK and ULTEM. Its Hylo printer combines thermal control, hardware automation and monitoring with an open-material system, allowing teams to source suitable materials from multiple suppliers.
Basis software supports print preparation, process optimization and part qualification. The Montreal company also supplies materials and technical support.
