AlpSemi develops power switches that let circuit-breaker manufacturers control and protect electrical networks electronically. Its engineering spans semiconductor materials, devices and systems, with applications in buildings, industrial electrification and data centers.
Its first product, AS800, targets miniature circuit breakers for 110V and 230V building environments. The company is also developing a roadmap for higher-voltage protection, including 800V DC architectures for AI data centers.
