From a custom design to robotic assembly
Its design software generates plans intended for manufacturing and robotic installation. Cellular factories produce custom components with interfaces for assembly by Mantis, the company’s autonomous legged construction robot.
The system targets housing projects on urban sites where standardised prefabricated designs can be difficult to fit. Linking design, factory output and on-site assembly is intended to make custom buildings compatible with an industrial production workflow.
