Adcendo
Denmark · Biotech
Adcendo develops antibody-drug conjugates that deliver cancer drugs to tumor-associated targets, with clinical programs in solid tumors and soft tissue sarcoma.
Targeted drug delivery for difficult-to-treat cancers
Adcendo develops antibody-drug conjugates, pairing a tumor-targeting antibody with a linker and a cell-killing payload. The approach aims to concentrate the drug at cancer cells while controlling exposure elsewhere. Its programs remain investigational, with early clinical studies assessing safety, dosing and activity.
ADCE-T02 targets Tissue Factor in solid tumors and uses an exatecan payload. ADCE-D01 targets uPARAP, a receptor found in soft tissue sarcomas and other cancers of mesenchymal origin. A third program, ADCE-B05, targets squamous cell tumors through an undisclosed target. The pipeline combines different tumor targets with linker and payload engineering rather than relying on one cancer indication.
