Testing a disease-modifying approach
4Moving Biotech is developing 4P004, an investigational GLP-1 receptor agonist injected into the knee joint. The program targets synovitis, an inflammatory feature associated with pain and disease progression.
Its placebo-controlled Phase 2a INFLAM MOTION study enrolled 129 patients across Europe and North America. The study measures pain and imaging markers of synovial inflammation; as of the August update, follow-up was underway and results were expected by the end of December 2026.
